The Teaching Learning and Technology Center (TLTC) was organized during the 1995/96 academic year to provide TTU faculty and instructional staff with development opportunities, including instructional technologies.   This web site contains information concerning our services, facilities, events, programs, and resources. We are a resource dedicated to assisting faculty with the teaching and learning mission of Texas Tech University.
